My story

Hi! My name is Sydney! I'm a 2 years old, 8 pounds, gentle girl. I'm living in my new foster home with small dogs and cats. I LOVE to sit on my foster mom's lap and follow her around everywhere. ...Oh and I love belly rubs and snuggling in a cozy warm dog bed. I would do fine with just my humans, but another small, gentle dog would be OK too. I get nervous around small children so a home with older kids would be ideal for me. I also love to chase cats, foster mom says that’s not good but I just can’t help myself. I LOVE chew sticks and naps and I will sit pretty for treats. I am learning about potty pads and am pretty good about going outside. I do not require a fenced in yard, but I do need a commitment from my new family to take me for walks and hang outside with me as I love the sunshine. I do very well in the crate while my foster mom is at work but sleeping in the big bed with my humans at night is a must. If you have a lap to share and lots of love, I might be the girl for you. Sydney is up to date on all shots, heart worm negative, on heart worm preventative, spayed, microchipped, had a dental and de-wormed. Sydney’s adoption fee is $250.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS.
