Fallon is a female black domestic short hair, born on May 2nd 2014.
Fallon is the daughter of Abbie, a barn cat from Central Square. A volunteer brought Abbie here to raise her newborn kittens. Abbie is much loved by her farm family and has an important job to do in the barn, so once her kittens were old enough Abbie was spayed and returned to her barn. Her kittens stayed here to find their forever families.
Fallon likes and is interested in people, but she is initially shy around strangers. When people come to adopt she is often goes unnoticed behind some of our more friendly and outgoing personalities. With the people and volunteers she knows and is familiar with, Fallon is an affectionate, loving lap cat. She enjoys attention and petting, but she has a kitten-ish attention span. So while she enjoys snuggling with you and being petted, she hopes you'll understand if that bit of fluff on the carpet must be stalked and subdued right now.
Fallon gets along well with other cats, and enjoys their company. She loves playing with the other kittens and playful cats here. We think Fallon would do best in a home where there was another cat who was comfortable and friendly with people, both to be a companion to Fallon and to be a role model to help her develop self confidence in interacting with people.
Fallon would make a wonderful pet and a devoted family member to anyone who could open their heart to her, and be patient enough get to know her and not to expect 'instant love'. If this could be you, please call us now to come meet Fallon.
