Hi! I'm Pepper... I'm 6 years old and I am a very happy girl that loves people and attention. I am a diva so I need to be the only in the house, that is just how divas are. My former owners left me tied up at the shelter and then just drove away I was so scared, so you can imagine how happy I was that SCBR came to my rescue. I had to have surgery cause I had bladder stones, the doctor said they took up half of my bladder and one of the stones was HUGE. I feel so much better now and I am ready to find a home of my own!
