My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Thanks to a collaboration with other rescuers, both local and afar, we are pleased to welcome Bear into the rescue. This very handsome young pup traveled over 1,100 km by air from Northern Quebec along with Aska and Fonzie, all three in search of a new life. Born in December 2014, Bear is a fun pup, demonstrating a lovely temperament and eagerness to please his foster. He is learning the basics and is already on his way to learning to do his business outside. Bear has a very good appetite and will likely grow to be quite a large dog. His mix is unknown and could include, among others, Lab, Husky, and Shepherd - those ears look like they might want to stand up one day! If you think you can offer Bear the best home, please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website. Puppies are a lot of work, so please do your research before applying and make sure you are prepared for a lifetime commitment. Bear's neutering when he's a little older is included in his adoption fee.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed, tested for heartworm, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 ($275 for senior dogs and $125 for cats) and an adoption contract.
