Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I’m quite a handsome boy, aren’t I? When I came to Henrico Humane Society, I wasn’t all that handsome, though. I was found in the parking lot of a Motel 8 after being hit by a car. I had extensive internal injuries, but after a few surgeries, I was on the way to recovery.
Even though I was in a lot of pain at first, I put on a brave face. My motto is “Just keep purring!”. I love to be petted and follow my foster mom around the house so she knows how much I love her.
Although my softer side comes through when I purr and beg for pets, I am a street-smart kitty. I’m not really a lap kitty yet, but I bet I could get used to it when I’m in my forever home. Because I definitely have a lot of love to give!
If you'd like to meet me, please email cats@henricohumane.org to setup a visit. Don't forget to tell them you want to meet Garfield!
