Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gorgeous little lady is Briar! She is a beautiful, 2 year old chocolate and rust Pin, with natural ears and a docked tail. She is underweight at about 7 lbs, and has a couple to gain to be at her ideal weight. She came to us from a rural New Mexico shelter, where she was picked up after being hit by a car. Unfortunately, the shelter did not do a lot in the way of veterinary care for her. She has limited movement of her hind end, but she gets around quite well on her own (please ask us for a video - we would be happy to send you an example of how she gets around!). Despite some physical handicap, Briar's spirit thrives! She is a little doll, perky, happy, and full of life! She is great with other dogs and children who understand small dogs (she has not been tested around cats). She is seeking a family who understands that books cannot be judged by their covers...and that special needs dogs are often the dogs who offer the most rewarding experiences. Briar is a sweet and wonderful girl who has her whole life ahead of her! If your heart has room for this girl, she will not disappoint you!
