Bijou's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Bijou is an adorable little baby pug. Her birthday is approx June 2011. She is fostered with a large dog & 2 small dogs. She loves being with other dogs & we'd prefer her to go to a home with another dog to play with her. She thinks everyone, human & animal, wants to be her best friend & play all day long. She is kennel trained for at night & when you're at work. She is working on potty training & is great in the car. Bijou would do great for someone that enjoys dog parks & someone to cuddle with in the evenings. Bijou had contracted the parvo virus & is completely healthy & happy now. She is ready to go home but will be shedding the virus until December 21st & wont be able to play with other dogs or puppies until she is done shedding the virus. We do require you have some knowledge of parvo before emailing to adopt her. This can be found by Googling 'parvo virus'. If you have any questions please let us know. Adoption fee applies. She will be spayed, vaccinated, & microchipped before going to her new home & will come with a few supplies. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bijou, a Seahurst Pug puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Seahurst, or seeking a Pug puppy from a breeder in Seahurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seahurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seahurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seahurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
