Rascal - Adopted's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.
Pictures & video taken 10/18/11. Rascal was found with his litter behind a shed when they were just born. The neighborhood children accidentally scared away his litter's mother. The children, wanting to help save the kittens took them inside and washed them off. We had tried to trap the mother and were sadly unsuccessful. Rascal has been with us with his 2 littermates since the day they were born (9/21/11). Rascal is the largest out of the litter and is extremely affectionate. He purrs when picked up and loves to be held and pet. He hobbles around the floor until he finds someone to climb on and tries to suck on your fingers. We are listing them now in hopes to find them homes before they are actually ready to go home. They will be vaccinated and felv/fiv tested when they are 8 weeks old (approx. Nov 9th). After that they will be ready to go home. They currently live with 2 large dogs, 2 small dogs and children, so they will have well rounded personalities and be able to live with cat friendly dogs and children. The kittens go to work with their mother every day so they will also be ok with going in the car and in a kennel, which makes things easier for going to the veterinarian. If you would like to adopt one of these adorable little babies, please let us know. We will update pictures every few days and change them on their profiles. You can come meet the kittens before they go home if you would like.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
