Boris's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Boris is a loving cuddle bug. He likes to cuddle more than he likes to play, but will get more playful as he grows older. He really likes to be with his people & other dogs. He gets along well with other dogs, but would do best with a dog with his energy level so he doesn't feel overwhelmed by a high energy dog. He gets along with cats & doesn't seem to want to chase them at all. His training should come easier than some other puppies because he is very food motivated. He is working on going outside for potty training & is doing really good. He is kennel trained & does not potty in his kennel. He's learned sit and is working on lay down, shake, & stay. Boris doesn't show any signs of anxiety in the car or when left alone, so if you keep working on these things they will never become a problem. He is Nikki's favorite! Boris is about 7 weeks old and will be neutered at 12 weeks. Adoption fee applies.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boris, a Seahurst Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in Seahurst, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Seahurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seahurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seahurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seahurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
