Ryan's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet handsome Ryan!! A young Golden Retriever who brings a smile to all those that meet him. He is eager to please, high energy and relishes affection and attention. Ryan would do well with an active family who will make him part of their standard routine which includes walking, sports, play time and lots of one on one quality moments. Previously left alone in a house with a small dog and a cat, he will need patience and proper discipline to be house trained again. This boy is very smart and with the right encouragement should be accomplished in no time. Although Ryan loves children, his energy level and size may not be suitable for small kids. He interacts and plays well with other dogs and can live with cats. Whether you are looking for a lifelong canine companion to play hard with or to watch movies and snuggle with, Ryan fits the role. He displays unconditional love and attention which he deserves in return. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ryan, a Seahurst Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Seahurst, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Seahurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seahurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seahurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seahurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
