Rhino's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Rhino and his brothers were going to be sold with little regard on as to what kind of home they would end up in. Now under safety of rescue, we hope that we can be a part of finding forever, dedicated homes for all of them. Rhino is good tempered, active and currently outweighs his siblings. With proper training for dog and family, you will have many years of fun and loyalty with Rhino. Please contact us if you think Rhino is the new family you've been waiting for. He is neutered, wormed and vaccinated. Prior to release he will also be microchippped. Adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rhino, a Seahurst Basset Hound/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound/American Bulldog for sale in Seahurst, or seeking a Basset Hound/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Seahurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seahurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seahurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound/American Bulldog breeders who help with Basset Hound/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seahurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
