Please call (408) 280-7595 if you think you have a place in your heart and in your home for Milton. Do not contact Maine Coon Adoptions. Please help us find a home for Milton Milton is a beautiful Maine Coon and is four-years old. He belonged to our brother who passed away suddenly this year. Milton needs a lot of attention and is very affectionate. We would keep him but we have a nine-year old pit bull that is not animal friendly, so we have to keep Milton in a room by himself with a cat door. This arrangement though not ideal would work if our son was not moving back home and into that room with his two cats. Milton has all his shots and has been neutered. Loves to use his littler box and is very good about it. We have a carrier and a cat door that we are happy to have go with him to his new home. He would be happiest as a lone cat in a household with someone who is around to give him the attention he deserves. Milton currently lives in Willow Glen. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Milton - URGENT, a Oakland Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Oakland, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Oakland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakland paves the way for another one to be saved.
