LuLu's Story...

Please contact the person listed at the end of the ad for more information on this kitty. Please do not contact Maine Coon Adoptions.

Bonjour, my name is LuLu and I am a pretty little female calico of about a year and a half years of age. I have beautiful eyes that change in color to a soft yellow green to a more intense shade depending on the light. As my name might suggest, I am a dainty girl and quiet unless it is time to let you know that I'd like some attention or some food. I love playing with toys and spending time looking out the window. I would do best in a family with older children or an adult household where there was may one or two other kitties -- or even a single adult who would like a new best friend! I have been neutered, tested negative and am up to date on all my shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LuLu, a Oakland Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Oakland, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Oakland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakland paves the way for another one to be saved.
