Chazz's Story...

Hi! My name is Chazz. The name is somewhat unique and usually a familiar form of the name Charles. That’s probably best because I’m an informal kind of guy. I’m a ragdoll mix with gorgeous coral coloring and stunning blue eyes. As you may guess from the photos, my favorite position to be in is, well, lying down. It’s the best, right? Just hanging about batting at the occasional string or ball that comes my way. So, yes, I’m easygoing. But when that string comes around, I’ll be ON IT. I love to play. So a great combo, huh? Laid back and playful! I’m also strong and confident and if I’m with other kitties they’ll need to be confident types as well. I’m a big solid boy - check out my paws. Nice, huh? I’m currently weighing in at about 11 lbs and am two years old. I have been neutered, microchipped, tested negative and am up to date on all my shots. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chazz, a Oakland Ragdoll cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Oakland, or seeking a Ragdoll cat from a breeder in Oakland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakland paves the way for another one to be saved.
