Meatball is energetic playful mix breed. He has a sweet disposition and comical nature. He was a rescue and had lived for the past 2 years in his home with two other dogs and his 13 year old best friend until their mother became ill and could no longer care for them. He has been in foster care with me, a family friend since December. He is about 3 years old, 40lbs, 21" tall, neutered, current on shots, heartworm preventative, and happily eats dry dog food. He needs a fenced in yard with room to run as he loves to chase squirrels and play catch with balls. He also loves to play with squeaky toys and chew on bones. He knows some commands-including, “Sit” and “Come” and he is working on “Stay”. Since having him - have learned he is a smart dog, loyal to his owner, and a good companion. He loves to take walks and would do great running with his new owner too. Even with all his energy, he still loves to curl up on a couch, bed or blanket and sleep for hours. He is an alert watch dog.
