Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello my name is Annabelle. I am looking for my perfect family. Let me tell you a little about myself.
Annabelle (Annie) is an approx. 4 year old red tick mix, approx 40lbs. She was hit and dragged by a car and required extensive surgery to repair a shattered jaw and to save her leg. She has a slight limp but it does not slow her down. She is a very active young gal, who will entertain herself if no one else will. She has a huge fondness for stuffed animals. She does great with other dogs of all sizes. Unknown about cats and children. Annie is house, leash and crate trained. She likes having free access to her crate during the daytime for naps but is content with a big dog bed if she can’t get in her crate. She does not get on the furniture. Annie does have some anxiety about loud noises, in particular a loud TV and thunderstorms. She needs extra reassurance and a quiet “safe” corner during storms. Annabelle is a LOVE, and is super affectionate! She is so happy to give and receive love, especially hugs. She knows basic manners (sit, down, off) and rides great. Annie comes fully vetted, spayed, up to date on shots including rabies, and is heartworm negative.
Annabelle adoption donation is $250 and includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, Avid microchip & deworming. Annabelle is being fostered in St Louis Missouri but transportation to the New England area is available thru ALPHA DOG TRANSPORT for an additional $140. Transportation to the Chicago area available on a limited basis for $125.
