NOAH's Story...
Noah is just simply darling! He is a happy and playful 7 month old, 14 pound little fella. His family left him at the shelter on 03/27. They said he is good with kids and is house trained. He knows to sit and stay when he is told and walks nicely on a leash. Noah loves to sit in your lap when he gets the chance or better yet play tug of war with a rope toy. Noah will be neutered, tested for heart worms an micro-chipped when adopted. You will find him waiting for you in cage T-7 and his ID# is 573396. Don't make him wait too long because being stuck in a cage 24/7 is no fun for a young boy.
When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

NOAH, a Marietta Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
