Chauncey's Story...
Hello! My name is Chauncey. I am looking for my perfect family. Let me tell you a little about myself.
I am 1 year old and would do best in a home with another dog. I had a rough start to life and I am a little scared of people. They say I'm coming around really well, but would feel better with another furry sibling with me.

Chauncey's adoption donation is $250 and includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, Avid microchip & deworming. Chauncey is being fostered in St Louis Missouri but transportation to the New England area is available thru ALPHA DOG TRANSPORT for an additional $140. Transportation to the Chicago area available on a limited basis for $125.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chauncey, a waterbury Dachshund/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in waterbury, or seeking a Dachshund/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in waterbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in waterbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a waterbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Dachshund/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in waterbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
