Jessica is a female Yorkshire Terrier/Silky Terrier mix approximately 4 years in age. She is a beautiful, feminine dog with a shiny coat of silver and tan, and a cute little cropped tail. Jessica has been professionally groomed and is non-shedding. She weighs 12 pounds full grown and is very healthy. Jessica is a people dog all the way. She loves to be close by your side all the time, snuggling in your lap or laying at your feet gazing up at you adoringly. If given the choice between another dog or a person, Jessica would definitely choose the person. Jessica desperately wants to have a close, trustworthy companion to call her own. She has so much love to give and has a sweet, sensitive heart. She appears to like children and will follow them dutifully from room to room if they are close at hand. She is also very good with cats. She would make a wonderful pet for a family looking for a dog they can take everywhere and do everything with. Jessica rides nicely in the car and walks easily on leash. She is a good girl in public settings as well. Jessica was rescued from a very high volume/high kill shelter where she was brought in stray. She is a pretty, classy little thing and, we can't imagine how she ended up at the shelter. Jessica is looking for her new loving forever home today!
Jessica’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Jessica is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Edie and is ready for her forever home.
