My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rizzy (short for Resilience) was paralyzed with fear at Genesee County Animal Control. Because she refused to walk and huddled in the back of her cage trying to hide from the noise of the shelter, she was labeled rescue only. She has been in a foster home with other dogs and has come out of her shell quite a bit.

Rizzy is a 4 year old pit mix. She is great with kids and dogs, but she hasn't met any cats yet. She does so much better with a companion dog and should not be an only dog.

Rizzy is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, dewormed and treated with heartworm and flea preventative. Her adoption fee is $200.
