Facts about Jester

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black & White Or Tuxedo
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 5292831
  • Hair: Short

I was adopted as a kitten and returned in March 2015 due to my parents splitting up. I am a handsome, large fellow with great tuxedo markings. I was born in July 2012 so am almost 4 years old.

I love feather toys and laser pointers! I also enjoy napping on arms and being petted on my head and ears (but nowhere else!). I don’t like tummy rubs or being petted near my tail. I will smack or bite you if you touch either one.

I can switch from friendly to “leave me alone” in a split second. This may be amplified in the adoption center because of the activity and all of the cats.

I am not fond of loud noises and will do best in a home with not a lot of activity. I will want to be leader of the pack and may be best as an only cat. I have not been around dogs. Children over 12 please.

I have a 'Black Cat' donation of $35 towards my Adoption fee. It would be only $40 to Adopt me!

You can see me at our Adoption Center at 8901 E Trent, Ste 101 (corner of Argonne and Trent, next to Albertson's) or call 893-9829 for more information.

About Partners for Pets

About Our Rescue Group...

Our Mission

The goal of Partners for Pets is to eliminate euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets; to promote sterilization surgeries for dogs and cats to reduce the number of animals born each year; to work collaboratively with local shelters in a foster/adoption program; and to educate the community about the importance of sterilization, permanent identification, and of making a lifetime commitment

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our main adoption center is located on the corner of Trent and Argonne in the Spokane Valley. We are open Wednesday through Friday, 3pm-7pm; Saturday, 11am-6pm; and Sunday, 12pm-5pm. We also have a small adoption center at the Petsmart on the corner of Sullivan and Broadway. On most Saturdays, we also show some of our adoptable animals at the Petco on Division and Francis.

Our Adoption Process...

Please contact the foster parent at the phone number listed with each animal to learn more about him/her. If you are interested in adopting, there is a brief adoption application to fill out. Once the application is turned in, you will be approved or denied within about 24 hours. Our adoption fee is $75 for cats/kittens, $80 for dogs, and $90 for puppies, unless otherwise noted in the animals description. Also, our cats must be indoor only and absolutely cannot be declawed!
