Meet Toby, a 9 pound Chihuahua who is 2 years old and fully grown. Toby is outgoing and independent. He is a cool little guy who walks well on leash, is very calm around the house and does well with all size dogs. We rescued him from Harbor shelter after he spent over a month there. He is an easy going guy who is not asking for much, but is happy to tag along wherever you go. He is small enough to fly cabin with you too should you be a person that travels. He is neutered, up to date with shots, microchipped, crate-trained, house-trained and lives in a foster home with another dog.
