PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO ADOPT CINDY WITHOUT REY!! THEY NEED TO BE PLACED TOGETHER Cindy has lived with Rey her entire life and gathers her courage to try new things by watching him. She is a shy sensitive girl who has lived her entire life as an outside dog with minimal human contact. She is trying to be brave and accept all the changes, but it is very hard for her. She only needed a grooming and a dental so now she can concentrate on developing some courage. She will definitely be worth the time and energy.
