found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Unfortunately, she lost her job, and the vet expenses and care of the dog had become too much. She decided to take Norah and the puppies to the shelter, in hopes they would be able to provide vet care and help find homes. The intake Cordinator explained that their policy was once a dog is surrendered, it becomes property of the city. That means that the city can do as they please with the dogs. This includes euthanasia, or adoption, but they would not be able to provide that information. Norah's owner began to cry and said, "I can't do that. I just need help." We heard her request, and stepped in to help. Norah's owner could not have been sweeter and really has her heart in the right place, wanting a better life for Norah and all of her puppies.
And so that is what we promised, to find loving homes for each one of Norah's puppies and Norah. Bugsy's birthday is 2/3. Bugsy has had one round of shots and will go next week for the second.
The adoption fee for Bugsy is $475 and will include 2 rounds of the 5 in 1 puppy vaccine, bordatella vaccine, deworming, monthly heartworm preventative, microchip, spay/neuter, health certificate and transportation from Memphis to your area.
