Wow, meet cuties Clover and Calvin! Two of the sweetest walker hound- fox terrier mix babies ever to come out of the south! Little Mr. Calvin and Miss Clover were rescued from high kill Georgia shelter in north Georgia. Now they are super happy to be headed out of the south and to great new homes with room to roam in the northwest! Both are 7-8 months old, and you’ve never met sweeter and more affectionate siblings- they are so happy-go-lucky! Clover weighs 28lbs now and has a few more months until she’s full grown. Calvin is one pound heavier at 29lbs; both have the expectation of being about 35-45lbs when full grown. Both these two absolutely love every person and dog they meet! They are happy puppies who are hoping for adoptive families that are active and fun and who will carry through with their training. Clover and Calvin enjoy each other and enjoy other dogs as well. They would be happy to go together- but don’t need to be adopted as a pair for sure. They would love daily runs or walks and like to stay busy. They have good play skills have never shown any aggression towards other animals, adults or humans! They like kids and vice versa. Clover and Calvin are both dynamic little dogs who are curious and ready to play. They will enjoy starting training class and are working on their leash skills and basic commands. They ignore the cats and horses and are low maintenance as far grooming goes. They have gorgeous coats with beautiful big spots. They are fast, agile and independent but love to do whatever you are doing too! Clover is spayed, Calvin neutered and both are vaccinated and micro-chipped. They love the outdoors and are anxious to discover the beach, the mountains and long walks around the neighborhood. The pair is crate trained and house trained and will arrive in Washington State and be ready for their new homes on Saturday April 11th. They are good in the car and will make terrific family companions and adventure buddies! Clover and Calvin would love homes where they could explore backyards and adoptive folks who have time and energy to help them grow to be beautiful and well-mannered walker mixes! Either Calvin or Clover’s adoption fee is $500 and they would love it if you would complete their application right away!
