Poor Charlie was a skinny stray living in the woods when rescued - no food, no water and afraid of people. Fortunately a kind person coaxed him into their vehicle and his life changed forever. When rescued Charlie was a thin 49 lbs, but now weighs a healthy 63 lbs. A very loving and playful dog, Charlie is an eager student and is learning basic obedience skills. Charlie gets along well with our other foster dogs, plays appropriately and isn't a dominant type dog. He's rather big and bouncy and might be too much for very small children, but will make a wonderful family dog. We want Charlie to have a very happy ending - are you the perfect family for him?
