Hi, my name is Hank. I am a 9-month old Black Mouth Cur/Boxer mix. Can I tell you the story of my life? It's a short story. I lived with a family in Fort Lauderdale but they moved out of the house and left me in there, it was a few weeks before anyone noticed I was in there and called animal control to come and get me out, I was so happy to be out of that house!!! Unfortunately, I ended up at Broward County Animal Control on death row and when no one came to adopt me I was put on the euthanasia list. At the last minute a rescue came and saved me and I came to live with my foster Mom. Because of my past I do have a bit of separation anxiety, after what I have been thru do you blame me? I am young enough though that I will grow out of that. I am almost fully house trained and as long as I have a dog door to get outside I won't potty in the house. I have some issues meeting new dogs at first but with proper introduction, time and patience I do warm up. I have a fur brother that I live with now and I absolutely love him! I also live with two cats and although I am not crazy about them and I do try to chase them sometimes I have also learned that they have claws that hurt so I mostly just stay away from them. I LOVE KIDS!!! I am a super fun, goofy boy that loves to play and I am VERY smart, I learn fast and would be great in an environment where my family can spend time training me. I am a people pleaser and I love to follow my foster Mom from room to room. I am looking for a family to love me forever, are you that family? I am being fostered in the Tampa Bay area.
