Bart was on death row at Miami Dade Animal Services high kill shelter. Once we saw a video of him crying in his kennel, we know we had to rescue him. He is roughly 3yrs old and heartworm positive which we cover all costs to treat. He’s loving, scared and needs a loving home so he can begin his HW treatment.
