Sunny's Story...
Sunny is a wonderful pup with a loving happy personality. He and his little brother were surrendered to a hi kill shelter thru no fault of theirs. Their mom was a small collie mix and we arent sure what dad was..possibly a pyrenees or golden retriever. He is scheduled to be neutered 4/6 and will be available for adoption shortly afterward. He gets along with other dogs and loves to try to please. He weighs about 45 lbs and is a yr old. He is up to date on shots, on heartworm and flea prevention and has been wormed. His adoption fee is 400.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sunny, a Newburgh Collie/Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Great Pyrenees for sale in Newburgh, or seeking a Collie/Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Newburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Collie/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
