This adorable bear cub of a guy is Samson, a poofy pomeranian that is hoping for a fresh start in life. Samson came to us as a stray and this incredibly sweet little guy was terribly matted and in need of medical attention. Samson is severely overweight, which our veterinarian has determined from testing is partly due to hypothyroidism. He will need a good diet and medication for the rest of his life to keep this under control. He was also in desperate need of dental care, which we got right to work on too. Little Samson has had a complete overhaul and is like a new pup, and this gentle and loving guy is ready to start over with a great family. Samson is between 7 and 9 years old and is so calm, mellow, and friendly. He just couldn't be happier to make new friends and he bonds with people quickly. He loves to be held and take leisurely strolls, and he is so well behaved. He is a perfect angel for grooming and will even quietly howl to you if you sing to him. Samson would love a more relaxed home without a lot of commotion, and he doesn't seem to mind other well behaved dogs. Samson will put a smile on your face as soon as you meet him and make your world happier if you give him a great home. File#24556 3/24/15
