Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Milo was rescued from the Martinez shelter when he was eight weeks old. When we rescued him he was sick with a condition called Puppy Strangles (Juvenile Cellulitis). Puppy Strangles is a skin condition that most commonly occurs in puppies between the ages of three weeks and four months, with the proper treatment, the condition can be cared for and the skin and coat will return to its proper form. As you can see in the pictures, Milo still has some patches of missing fur in areas of his face; however, he is constantly improving and has made a 360 degree turnaround from where he was when we rescued him. On a recent visit to the vet, he was given a clean bill of health and will be neutered soon. Milo is a very affectionate little pup and despite his unfortunate health struggle, he has kept that puppy personality and is more than ready to find his forever home where he can continue his training and bond with his new family.
