Finley's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Finley's Story...
Finley is a very happy and energetic Golden/Collie Mix who is 1 year old and approximately 40 lbs. He is currently in a foster home with two other dogs (one male and one female) and is doing well. He's a very smart boy who is doing well on all his basic commands. He has never met a stranger and does well with kids but we prefer older kids due to his energy level. He is not a fan of being in a crate but his foster family is working on that. He will go in his crate at night time without any problems and sleep quietly through the night. He walks well on a leash and is a good car rider. For more information or an application for this sweet boy, please contact furever_angels@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finley, a Charlotte Golden Retriever/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Collie for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Collie dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Collie breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
