Macey's Story...
Hello. My name is Macey. I'm happy you're reading my profile and are interested in learning more about me. I'm a sweet and shy 8 month old female Catahoula mix. I'm really shy and am learning to trust my surroundings and all these kind people working to help me. I'm working on learning my commands which will certainly build my confidence. Once I've got that, I know I'll come out of my shell. With the right people and environment, I'm sure to shine!

If you're smitten and would like to get to know me better, please call the kennel at 503-981-9531, x243 to schedule an appointment.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macey, a Woodburn Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Woodburn, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Woodburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
