Shanty (AKA Ant)'s Story...
Ant (Shantey) is a tiny little ball of energy! She is curious and happy all the time. She is settling into her foster home and doing great with the other dogs. She is curious about the cats but seems to be OK with them (there are 3). She is learning the routine and working on crate training. She is an absolute doll and loves people, just wait and see when you meet her!

Ant's adoption fee is $230. She is spayed, UTD on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shanty (AKA Ant), a Dublin Retriever (Unknown Type)/Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Shiba Inu for sale in Dublin, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in Dublin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dublin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dublin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type)/Shiba Inu breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type)/Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dublin paves the way for another one to be saved.
