Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roxie is a 6 year old sweetheart who is looking for a family that she can grow old with. Roxie is a mild manner girl that is good with children and enjoys easy walks and loves hanging in the house with her people. She has excellent house manners, is potty trained and crate trained but does not need to be kenneled because she is so well behaved. She would do best in a home as an only dog and she will probably be fine sharing her home with a cat. She is not a big fan of stairs because she does have issues with her back legs, so a ranch style home where she can always be with her people would be great for her. Roxie would make a good first time dog friend with her mild disposition and behavior. Roxie has lived with one family all of her life until one day she found herself at the shelter and we do not know why. The vets have told us there is nothing we can do to help her back legs due to her age and the fact she has lived with this her whole life her body has adjusted well. Roxie gets around just fine you would not know she had any problems at all. She loves to play fetch go for car rides and short easy walks. She loves to play with stuff toys and hang out on her big soft bed watching you work or watching tv with the family. Will you consider giving her a new home to go through her senior years with people that she can love in return for you loving her.
