My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PIERCE is a 1 1/2 year old neutered yellow male Lab that weight 55 pounds.Hes a happy go lucky typical young lab. He is exuberant and goofy and will need some training, but he is very sweet and a love bug. He, like most young labs, is a chewer and counter surfer if left to his own devices so he will need supervision but has lots of love to give in return. Pierce walks pretty well on leash - he wants to run at first but calms down - and is a good rider. He is good with other dogs but can play a little rough at times. He is keeping his run clean at the vet and is respectful of bedding. Pierce is from a rural area and may not do well in an apartment/condo/townhouse or busy neighborhood. Pierce is approved for kids ages 10+. More info soon!!

Update (4/18): Plays by Pierce:
Hi everyone! The weather has cooled some today and this is wonderful! As you can see I'm a guy who likes to play & I have the energy to do it! I can play with people and I can play with dogs (we don't know about cats). Foster Mom says a tired dog is a happy dog and so far I'm happy. It feels SOOOOO GOOD to be able to get outside to run and jump.
So, I'm looking for my forever family. At 18 months old I'm definitely not a couch potato. I love playing and would love a family that loves it too. I'm a really sweet boy that can cuddle and I crave human attention. If you're looking for a very handsome, sweet, playful yellow boy, call your Adoption coordinator because I'm your guy!
