Sweet little Penelope looks like a miniature black lab. She is probably some kind of lab terrier mixed with chi. She is about 12 lbs and is 5 to 6 months old. She will probably be under 20 lbs when fully grown. Penelope has the prettiest face and shiny black coat. She looks stunning in pink! When she was dropped off at the shelter she had her toenails painted pink which makes us think she had a little girl in her life before being cast off. Penelope is not spayed yet but will be this week and will be ready to travel her new home. She is sweet and loving and playful.
