Diamond's Story...
Red girl fans, meet Miss Diamond! She is a 5 1/2 year old owner surrender, who weighs about 60 pounds. Her owner was young and did not take being a dog mommy very seriously so her family tried to help Diamond out the best they could. When the girl's personal situation became unmanageable for them they had to find somewhere for this Dober-girl to have a better life. She has lived with children and cats and all got along wonderful. She LOVES to have her neck scratched and velcro-up to you for attention. Miss D does bark at other dogs when leash walked, and has not been tested with dogs of any gender yet. She has the smart and fun personality one would expect a red girl to have. Never had a red female doberman? They are masters at capturing your heart with their bold personality. And this suits her to a "T". She has a chronic condition that will need to be managed over time. This lovely alpha lady with a wonderful smile,is looking for a place of love without end.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diamond, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
