Bently's Story...

Please READ He is a special needs dog only reply if you can handle

Bently was dumped at the shelter when his famliy realized he was handicapp. They left him in a box and was in terrrible condition full of urination burns and feces stuck to his fur.

His back hip socket is missing and he could not walk. We have been working with him and he is getting around great, he can go up and down the stairs to the laundry room. He loves to play and sleep with chihuahua friends.

He is also incontinent both with his bowels and urine.

He is still in therapy and will need a special needs home. Only apply if you have time for the sweet love bug.

He will need somone that can care for him long term. He is getting around great our vet is very impressed with his progress and hope he will be better everyweek.

Only call if you are interested

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bently, a Long Beach English Bulldog/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog/American Bulldog for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a English Bulldog/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog/American Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
