My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This darling little dachshund is Jade, a 2 1/2 year old girl that would just love a fresh start in life. Jade was turned in to us when her owner lost their home and could not keep her. She was so shy when she first arrived, and just wanted to keep to herself, but with lots of TLC, Jade has come out of her little shell and just loves everyone that she meets. Jade will still proceed with caution in new situations, but she warms up very quickly to new people and makes friends easily. Jade is very well behaved and walks like a princess on a leash. She sits nicely when asked and takes treats gently too. Jade would get along fine with another easy going, mellow dog, and will need a home with no children under 10 years old. Jade would fit in perfectly with any loving family that promises to care for her forever. File#24491 3/10/15
