M & M Pups's Story...
Maddox, Marlon, Myra and Maisie are 4 adorable Australian Shepherd / German Shepherd mix puppies who were born 3/22/2008! Although not available until Saturday, May 24, there are 2 males and 2 females. Very sweet and playful pups who get along great with other dogs! They will be current on vaccinations, wormed and spayed & neutered before joining your family! Pups currently weigh 5-6 lbs, but we are guessing they will be 60-70 lbs as adults.

If you are interested in MADDOX, MARLON, MYRA and/or MAISIE, please download & complete the adoption application found at www.k9s4me.com and return to their foster mom, Laura, by FAX (309-749-1490) or email (laura@k9s4me.com).

Thanks for your interest in adopting a homeless animal! This bio was last updated on 5/10/2008!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

M & M Pups, a Overland Park Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
