Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Corduroy has overcome lots of obstacles and is a survivor! This big fellow was rescued after our director received a phone call about a dog getting hit by a car on10/31/14. He was immediately rushed to our vet where he had multiple fracture injuries of the elbow and pelvis and a collapsed lung. He was hospitalized for several weeks and underwent surgery to repair his fractures once he was strong enough. As if that wasn't enough he was also heartworm positive and had to endure going through heartworm treatment. The good news is Corduroy has made it through and
is healthy and ready to be adopted. He enjoys the company of the other large dog at home and has become best buddies with him. He has lived with an 8 year old and a teenager as well.
