Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Holly and I'm an eight year old Lab mix. When my Mommy moved out of my Nana’s house I went along with her. Mommy moved again recently and can’t keep me anymore.
I really like humans. Wherever they are, that’s where I’m going to be, hoping for pets or tidbits or just happy to be next to them as they do human stuff. I’m pretty smart and I’ve figured out which parts of my fosters’ house are off limits and several of the things they ask me to do. Little humans are really fun and when they’re rough I know they just don’t know any better. There was another older dog there already when I came to live with them and we get along great. There are also a couple smaller animals that hiss at me whenever I come by to say hi. I’m just curious what they are but I think they want me to leave them alone.
I enjoy going for walks and even more so to get loose and run, run, run! My fosters worry when I run because I don’t understand that cars can hurt me. I would love a home with a fenced yard where I can sniff and romp to my heart’s content—just as long as I can come inside and be with my humans again when I’m done! Another thing my humans do that I like is to throw balls for me to bring back to them. If there’s one thing I don’t like, though, it’s riding in a car. All that stopping and starting really freaks me out.
If you’re a human looking for a devoted companion, I would love to adopt you!
