Molly's Story...
By golly, Miss Molly just may be the girl you are looking for. She's a 2 year old Hound/American Bulldog mix. Molly arrived at Friendship from another rescue and was pregnant. She had 5 healthy puppies and was a very good mom. Molly is a gentle and shy girl and once she gets to know you she's very friendly. This sweet girl longs for a loving home where someone can dote on her for a change. She will be very loyal and love you right back. Don't miss out on Molly.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Elyria American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Elyria, or seeking a American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Elyria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elyria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elyria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with American Bulldog/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elyria paves the way for another one to be saved.
