ADOPTION PENDING !!! This awesome little fellow just arrived from a Southern Indiana shelter on Saturday, May 10. This has to be, hands down, one of the cutest dogs we've ever seen (and we see 100s of dogs!). Poor little Oliver was found wandering the streets in a small Southern Indiana town ~ trying to find a lap to sit on ~ and no one ever tried to find him! He was very dirty, obviously neglected, but surprisingly, he is very healthy. Oliver is a super sweet and loving little guy ( not at all hyper ); definitely a lap dog! Before we intake dogs, we have them temperament tested and Oliver passed with flying colors. He's submissive with other dogs and fine with cats, too. He is about 3 years old and only weighs about 7 lbs. Oliver kind of looks like a long-haired Chihuahua, but his breed is anyone's guess. If you think you can give Oliver a lifetime of love, utter devotion and gentle guidance, call his Foster Mom Jennifer at (630)456-5086. This little one wont last long, he is wonderful! Because we are a small group of caring volunteers, and a home visit is requirement of adoption, local adoptions only please (within 50 miles of Naperville / Chicago) ... no exceptions! THANK YOU!
