found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
The best way to describe Razzle Dazzle is a sophisticated little Southern Gentleman! Razzie is a 12 year old Belge Brussels Griffon and is a bundle of love at 9.7 pounds... he has natural ears and a docked tail, and he is extremely happy to be out of the breeding life. Razzie is a well rounded dog who just wants to give that special someone all his love. He will just move into your home like he has always lived there and then razzle-dazzle his way right into your heart.
Razzie loves to be close to you. He sits in your lap and looks at you adoringly. He could do well as an only dog, but he does get along very well with other dogs and equally well with cats. However, he is not fond of large dogs. He is just so focused on his person that he seems to have no time for anyone else. He eats up attention and lovin'! He prefers the company of men, but he gets along well with everyone he has met. Razzie has not barked since being in his foster home.
Razzie is leash trained with a harness and crate trained, and does not mind being confined to a crate at night or when his foster parent has to be gone from home. He does travel in his crate. He is excellent with his potty training, as long as he is taken outside at appropriate times. He is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative. He has also had a full dental! Razzie has grade 4 luxating patellas in both knees, but he is fine as long as he gets his inexpensive meds. Because of his age, corrective surgery will not be done.
This sweet boy is all about loving. He is very quiet and a bit old fashioned; however, he does have an adorable little snore when he sleeps. He is very smart, in that he hates carb foods. He loves be outside in a fenced yard where he can wander and explore under the watchful eye of his foster mom. His foster mom tattles on him and said when she makes turkey jerky and offers it to the dogs, this picky little man will only eat the white meat!
This delightful little boy is being fostered near Grenada Mississippi. Razzie needs a fenced yard and a family that works from home or is retired. He will not be placed in a home with large dogs or children. We never place our dogs in homes with invisible (electric) fencing and we never ship our dogs in cargo or transport them to adoptive homes. Travel to the foster home is the adopter’s responsibility. Doggy doors are OK as long as they are secured at night and when you are gone. He is small enough to be carried away by a large hawk, coyote or other predator so should never be outside alone. Razzie is all about making his doggie parent happy!
