Marty's Story...
Are you seeking a fun loving, happy go lucky guy to join your family? Well I may be just the one for you. Let me introduce myself. My name is Marty and I think I would make a great family dog. In my previous home I did live with cats and children. My previous owner did say that I am very tolerant with children and that I chased the cat with the intent to play. I love playing, running, and jumping. My favorite toys are the squeaky ones, both plastic and stuffed. Stop by soon to meet with me. You will fall for me at first sight, I look like a rabbit when I run!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marty, a Reisterstown Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Reisterstown, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Reisterstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reisterstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reisterstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reisterstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
