My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This precious little dog is approx 2 yrs old and 20 lbs. She looks like a westie/schnauzer mix. She is just the best behaved dog. She had a luxating patella which we had our surgeon correct and she still has a slight limp but that should go away as she continues to heal. She is quiet and well behaved, gets along with the other dogs and will usually just stay curled up in her doggie bed during the day unless she needs to go outside and then she likes to sit on the patio and snooze. She has not been one to run and play too much because of her leg but she gets along really well with all of the other rescues and loves going out on walks and in the car, she seems to be pretty well house trained and is just the happiest little dog.

The total adoption cost of $475 includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration . The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. All our dogs are in foster care, there is no physical shelter. Some have not yet arrived in PA.
