This dog is being fostered in Oklahoma and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or Oklahoma area.

Meet handsome Parker. This young man has a beautiful golden coat and soft eyes that will melt your heart.
We got a call this week from Parker's human Mommy, a wonderful woman who is in the last stages of fighting brain cancer. Her doctor has told her the battle is coming to an end, and she has about a month to live. One of the most important things to her is to ensure Parker will have someone to love him, so she asked CRT to take him into our program and find him a new forever home. Of course we said "yes". Our prayers to this woman, who loves little Parker so much. And we promise you that we will find Parker a great forever home.
Parker is an awesome little guy. He has a very happy personality and loves everyone and every thing. Parker gets along great with other dogs - both small dogs and large dogs. He loves to play with them. Parker's favorite game is "chase" and he really enjoys chasing the other dogs in the yard and in the house! He still has that young puppy energy and is joyful when he plays. We think he would really enjoy a home with another dog so he could play with them.
Parker also loves his humans. He loves both men and women equally. Parker enjoys hanging around his family and loves to snuggle on your lap at night. He is a very affectionate dog and is a terrific companion. We also believe Parker will be great with children. He is about 8 pounds, so a perfect size for a family. He did terrific at his first "meet and greet", greeting everyone with a big tail wag and smile on his face. He would fit into any family situation.
Parker is really smart. He is already housebroken. And he is not a marker at all. He is also crate trained. This little guy is a happy-go-lucky fellow, and we believe he will fit easily into a new family.
Parker is neutered, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative. and on heartworm prevention. He is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
This dog is a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and $225 adoption fee required. .
