Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Annie was found as a stray in Toledo. Efforts to find an owner were unsuccessful, so Dogworks accepted her into rescue. She is underweight at 40 lbs. We're guessing that she might be a shepherd/Collie mix. Her coat is long and black with tan highlights on her face and legs. So far, Annie has been shy and submissive to other dogs.
